Change room reservation date
If you have made your reservation and paid the deposit but wish to modify the check-in date, you may do so no later than 5 days before the check-in date by contacting us without being charged. The rate of your modified check-in day shall apply. Only one-time modification is allowed per order. Modified reservations may not be cancelled. If the modified reservation costs more than the original, customers will need to pay the difference.
If you desire to cancel your reservation, you will be charged cancellation fee pursuant to the hotel refund & cancellation policy.
Cancellation and Room Change Policy:
If you cancel your reservation 14 days prior to your desired check-in date(NOT include the check-in day), you will receive full refund of your deposit.
If you cancel your reservation 10~13 days prior to your desired check-in date(NOT include the check-in day), you will be refunded 70% of your deposit.
If you cancel your reservation 7~9 days prior to your desired check-in date(NOT include the check-in day), you will be refunded 50% of your deposit.
If you cancel your reservation 4~6 days prior to your desired check-in date(NOT include the check-in day), you will be refunded 40% of your deposit.
If you cancel your reservation 2~3 days prior to your desired check-in date(NOT include the check-in day), you will be refunded 30% of your deposit.
If you cancel your reservation one day prior to your desired check-in date(NOT include the check-in day), you will be refunded 20% of your deposit.
If you cancel your reservation on your desired check-in date, you will be charged the full rate of accommodation
Special cancellation process
If the hotel or the place of your departure is affected by typhoon(s) or any other major natural disasters, your request for cancellation will be processed pursuant to our cancellation policy provided you do so before the government issues the inland emergency alert. However, in the event of or as a consequence of the issuance of such alert, you may contact us within 3 days before your check-in date (inclusive)phone, and we will process your modification and cancellation per your request.
